As you can see this bike looks to be fairly complete. It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, paintwork is faded, gators & seat cover are perished. Sadly the wheel rims are pitted, mudguards have small stress cracks & Silencer has been repaired.

But now for the good news………This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures from 53 years ago & it is every bit as nice as it looks here…..A true time warp machine!. The wheels look straight with good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight. Taillight assy is from a later bike but looks good as are the headlight & hangers. Instruments & switches look ok. Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip. Paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside. Exhausts are original. Seat base is in good condition throughout. Chain guard is solid. The engine is cosmetically clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it fresh fuel from a dummy tank, gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs & revs.
