This 1966 Triumph Trophy TR6SR has been transformed into a replica of the 60s era US desert racers, reminiscent of the bikes ridden by legends like Bud Ekins and Steve McQueen. It has undergone a comprehensive engine rebuild, including a crank regrind, new shells, pistons, valves, and guides, and the installation of an Amal 930 concentric carb and a new alternator. The rolling chassis has been updated with new bearings, tires, and a custom shorter Torpedo seat, as well as a high level desert-style exhaust system and a racing style front fender. The bike is fitted with solid state ignition and runs smoothly, starting with just one or two kicks.
