1965 AJS 14CSR
I bought this AJS earlier in the year hopefully to ride again. I have rheumatoid arthritis and thought I might be able to manage a smaller bike but unfortunately it’s not turned out to be the case so rather than look at it longingly, I’ve decided to sell it.
It is absolutely original, unrestored but well maintained by an enthusiastic AJS club member. Tyres and wheels are good with no marks on the rims. The saddle looks to have been expertly reupholstered. There are no oil leaks and the only slight problem is a scratch where the kick start has rubbed against the battery cover panel.
There are just over 12,000 miles on the clock. It has the original registration number and this has been verified in writing by the AJS/Matchless owners club. It is an historic vehicle and therefore no tax or MOT is required. It’s first registration was in Warwickshire in March 1965
