For sale is a 1964 BSA A65 owned by its 75-year-old owner who is reluctantly selling for age-related safety reasons. The motorcycle is MOT and tax-free and has only covered 129 miles in the owner’s possession. The bike has matching engine and frame numbers as shown on the original log book and V5. The original buff log book up to 1991 is included in the sale. The bike is stored in an air chamber with a maintenance charger fitted.

The motorcycle has had various work undertaken while in the current owner’s possession including new fork seals, a new swinging arm and wheel bearings, and period direction indicators. The bike has been fitted with a custom non-return valve on the oil tank piping to prevent constant wet sumping issues which cause smoking on start-up. The motorcycle comes with BSA parts, both new, old, and removed original ones, an original handbook, a parts book, workshop manuals, and reference books relevant to the BSA mark.
