For sale is a 1961 Panther 100S 600 single sloper project, ideal for someone to re-commission and ride or restore. It’s a project that’s too much for me, and I’m sure someone else will enjoy working on it. The bike has good compression and a healthy spark at the plug. The chrome tank is in good condition, and the speedo mileage is not accurate, as previous MOTs and history indicate it to be over 20k miles, which is still not a lot for a 600 Panther. A few parts are needed, as shown in the pictures, but not much time or effort is required. The bike comes with a V5 showing one previous owner and an original buff logbook, which is a nice addition. This is a single-port head version, which seems to be rarer than the two-port versions. Being 62 years old, it’s classified as a historic vehicle and is tax and MOT exempt.
