For sale is my 1960 Ducati Elite in beautiful condition. The bike is a genuine UK model made in Bologna and registered in 1960 with its original number. It has been carefully and fully restored a few years ago and has been kept as a static display in a large private collection. I have recently re-commissioned it myself and everything is working as it should.

This bike is unique in that it was fitted from new with a 175cc “Special Tune” engine, which produces slightly more power than the standard 200cc Elite engine. It is unclear whether this was done as a factory special order or by the importers (Kings of Oxford).

The bike comes with some history, old paperwork, and receipts. The V5C is in my name and it is registered as an Historic Vehicle. It is surely one of the most beautiful motorcycles ever made.

However, due to my dodgy hip and high compression, I am no longer able to kick-start it. Viewing is recommended and payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on collection only. No PayPal.
